SubmitFinder is a searchable directory of verified music industry contacts, including radio stations, music blogs, podcasts, magazines and Spotify curators. We make every effort to keep listings accurate, verified and updated regularly.

3. Restricted use of our data

SubmitFinder’s directory and all contact data are the result of extensive research and verification. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Using SubmitFinder data, in whole or in part, to create a competing website, directory, database, app, product or service.
• Scraping, copying, bulk-downloading, harvesting, mirroring, or systematically extracting any data from SubmitFinder without our written permission.
• Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing the contact information found here with third parties.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or crawlers to access or collect information from our platform.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

4. How you may use SubmitFinder

You may use SubmitFinder only to find relevant opportunities and submit your own music or creative work to the listed outlets in a personal, non-commercial, respectful manner. You may not:

• Spam, harass, or send mass unsolicited submissions to contacts.
• Use the directory for marketing, lead generation, or sales purposes.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use one account.

5. Accounts and membership

SubmitFinder is free to use. All accounts receive full access to the directory, search and campaign tools at no cost. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. User submissions

If you submit an outlet, review, comment, or other content to SubmitFinder, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content. You must not submit false, misleading, or infringing information.

7. Disclaimers

SubmitFinder is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that any outlet will respond to, accept, or feature your submission. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or fees of third-party outlets listed in our directory.
